Platform Credits Policy

1. Introduction
This Platform Credits Policy ("Policy") governs the RIG53 points and credits system ("Platform Credits" or "Credits") operated by RIG53, Inc.("RIG53," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. This Policy applies to all users who earn or spend Credits on the RIG53 platform and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
RIG53 Credits are a loyalty and engagement reward mechanism designed to incentivize platform participation, quality contributions, and professional networking within the commercial trucking industry.
2. What Are Platform Credits
Platform Credits ("Credits" or "Points") are a virtual reward unit issued by RIG53 to registered users in recognition of qualifying activities on the Platform. Credits are tracked in a ledger associated with your user account.
Credits are not currency, money, or a financial instrument of any kind. They have no face value, do not represent a stored-value account, and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents unless RIG53 expressly activates a cash redemption feature in the future.
3. Non-Cash Nature of Credits
3.1 No Purchase Required
Credits can be earned through platform activity at no cost. RIG53 may from time to time offer promotional Credit bundles, but this does not affect the non-cash nature of Credits.
3.2 No Guarantee of Value
RIG53 makes no representation that Credits will retain their redemption value over time. RIG53 may modify, limit, or eliminate the categories of items available for Credit redemption at any time.
3.3 Non-Transferable
Credits are personal to your account and may not be gifted, sold, transferred, or traded to another user or third party, except where RIG53 expressly provides a gift or transfer feature.
4. Earning Credits
Credits are earned by completing qualifying activities on the Platform. The following table reflects base Credit award amounts. RIG53 reserves the right to modify award amounts with at least 14 days' notice via the Platform or email.

4.1 Anti-Gaming and Daily Caps
RIG53 employs automated fraud detection to prevent artificial inflation of Credit balances. Repeated, automated, or coordinated activity designed to farm Credits is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and will result in Credit reversal and possible account suspension. Daily caps on activity-based Credits are enforced automatically.
4.2 Promotional Credits
RIG53 may issue promotional Credit grants (e.g., launch bonuses, milestone rewards). Promotional Credits are subject to the same rules as earned Credits unless the promotional terms specify otherwise. Promotional Credit terms are communicated at the time of issuance.
5. Spending Credits
Credits may be redeemed for the following categories of platform benefits. Available redemption options may be expanded or modified at RIG53's discretion.

Redemption amounts and Credit costs for specific items are displayed in the Credits & Spend catalog within the platform. Credit costs are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
6. Credit Expiry
6.1 Standard Expiry
Credits do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing. Credits will expire 12 months after the date of the last activity on your account (defined as any login, post, transaction, or other meaningful interaction with the Platform). You will receive an email notification 30 days before any Credits are set to expire due to inactivity.
6.2 Promotional Credit Expiry
Promotional Credits issued by RIG53 may carry a shorter expiry period specified at the time of issuance. Promotional Credit expiry terms take precedence over the standard expiry in Section 6.1 for those specific Credits.
6.3 No Restoration After Expiry
Expired Credits are permanently removed from your balance and cannot be restored. RIG53 is not obligated to notify you of individual Credit expiry events beyond the account-inactivity notice described above.
7. Adjustments and Corrections
RIG53 reserves the right to adjust Credit balances in the following circumstances:
- Fraud or abuse: Credits earned through violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, self-referral, coordinated farming, or other fraudulent activity will be reversed without notice.
- System errors: If a technical error causes Credits to be incorrectly awarded, RIG53 may correct the balance and will notify you of the adjustment.
- Chargebacks or reversals: Credits awarded in connection with a transaction that is later reversed, refunded, or charged back may be reclaimed.
- Disputes: If you believe a Credit adjustment was made in error, contact support@rig53.com within 30 days of the adjustment.
8. Effect of Account Closure or Termination
Upon voluntary account closure or involuntary termination of your account:
- All unspent Credits in your account are forfeited immediately and without compensation;
- No cash equivalent is owed for forfeited Credits, regardless of their balance;
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account before closure;
- Exception — termination without cause: If RIG53 terminates your account without cause and you have Credits earned from legitimate affiliate referrals, those Credits are specifically addressed in the Affiliate Agreement.
9. Token Dual-Gate Notice
RIG53 has developed a blockchain-based token redemption feature that would allow users to redeem Platform Credits for a fungible utility token ("RIG53 Token") on the Base Layer 2 network. This feature is not currently available.
Activation of token redemption requires both: (a) an administrative enable flag in the RIG53 platform settings, AND (b) a corresponding environment-level enable flag that can only be set by RIG53 engineering staff following a favorable legal opinion from qualified securities and utility-token counsel.
This dual-gate structure ensures that token redemption cannot be activated by any single party and that legal review has concluded before users can exchange Credits for tokens.
No promise of token availability is made. The existence of this technical feature does not create any legal right to redeem Credits for tokens. RIG53 reserves the right to modify, defer indefinitely, or permanently discontinue the token redemption feature.
When and if token redemption becomes available, RIG53 will publish separate token redemption terms with at least 30 days' advance notice to users.
10. Tax Considerations
Credits earned through platform activity are generally not considered taxable income at the time of earning, as they have no cash value. However, if RIG53 activates cash redemption and you receive cash payments, those payments may constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations. RIG53 may issue IRS Form 1099 if required by applicable law. RIG53's credit issuance is not tax advice — consult a qualified tax professional.
11. Modifications to This Policy
RIG53 reserves the right to modify the Credit earning rates, redemption catalog, expiry terms, or any other aspect of this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform and its Credit features after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
